Bfit Sleep, LLC Announces the addition of the REMflx spring driven Dynamic Oral Appliance

Bfit Sleep, LLC is announcing the addition of the REMflx (Pronounced REM FLEX) spring driven Dynamic Oral Appliance. This appliance uses the same great technology as the Bfit Sleep 3D Appliance but with spring driven Dynamic Technology. Bfit has spent the last five years designing and developing both the Bfit Sleep 3D and The REMflx 3D appliances with the hope that one day our devices can be the change needed in Oral Appliance Therapy. Our devices are minimal to no occlusal change with excellent results and feedback in TMJ therapy. Our devices are dynamic which means they have the ability to titrate the mandible forward during sleep staging where the mandibular muscles are relaxed and allow the mandible freedom of movement as well as full recovery to neutral positioning when awake or transitioning into the next stage of sleep.

Our data indicates that we have successfully developed a device that can treat Mild to Moderate Sleep Apnea and Snoring with very little side effects. The most recent study of 100 Bfit appliances users shows after a full year of wearing our devices, there was no perceived occlusal change and very successful results in the treatment of Sleep Apnea. This new device (REMflx) allows our patients the ability to have the great technology of the original Bfit Sleep 3D device without having to change elastics. Our spring driven dynamic technology uses the same mechanics and has proven to be one of the most comfortable appliances available.

The REMflx can be designed as a minimal device with a 1.4mm thickness all the way up to a 2.0mm thickness with any desired vertical. Our material is an FDA cleared, biocompatible flex soft material capable of chairside adjustments with warm water for an optimal fit.
